This 29 year old woman was concerned about her profile and the asymmetry of her nose. Dr. Ransom used an endonasal or “scarless” rhinoplasty approach to reduce the hump on the bridge, lift the tip of the nose, and improve the shape of the tip and nostrils. The recovery from this type of rhinoplasty is quicker than with an open approach, and patients generally experience less swelling and bruising. As you can see from the post-op pictures, the shape is more balanced and feminine, and the symmetry is greatly improved.
This 21 year old woman always hated the bump on her bridge and the fullness of her nasal tip. One year after cosmetic rhinoplasty, her nose is more balanced and feminine with just enough lift to highlight her other beautiful features.
This 53 year old woman was concerned about laxity along the jawline, small jowls, and heaviness with asymmetry in the brow region. She underwent a face and neck lift, browlift, upper eyelid surgery, and laser resurfacing. As you can see, her results look natural. The jawline is crisp, not pulled; the eyelids are open; and the skin is smooth and even. She couldn’t be happier!
This 54 year old woman was noticing significant asymmetry in her lower face. Careful measurements revealed that her upper lip elongation was distorting her features. Here she is before and after a subnasal lip lift. Her face looks more symmetric and the incisions are invisible!
This patient had tried everything for her acne scarring. And then we performed Infini RF microneedling! A significant improvement is seen in the surface texture, color, and contour. She is elated.
This 67 year old woman looks 15 years younger after a deep-plane face and neck lift, as well as some structural fat grafting to the folds and cheeks. She looks natural and refreshed!
Large defect of the chin in a young woman (left). This was repaired with local tissue rearrangement and meticulous closure (right).
This 47 year old woman had a previous closed rhinoplasty 20 years ago, performed by another surgeon. Unfortunately, she ended up with multiple issues, including an open roof deformity, inverted-V deformity, an asymmetric (front view) and over-projected (lateral view)tip, and a twisted septum (base view). The combined effect was an aesthetically unpleasing nose and breathing issues. After consultation with Dr. Ransom, she underwent a revision rhinoplasty. In the postoperative pictures, the problems with the bridge of the nose have been fixed, the tip is smaller, more refined, and symmetric, and the septum is straightened. She was extremely happy with the result, and as a bonus, she could even breathe easier (literally and figuratively)!
This 44 year old woman was concerned about her thin and flat upper lip. She also wanted a slightly fuller, more sensual lower lip – but needed a minimally invasive and no-downtime solution. After consultation with Dr. Ransom, she underwent a lip augmentation using soft tissue fillers. Only a 30 minute visit to the center was required, and she was back to her routine the same day! These pictures show an obvious improvement in the lip shape, definition, and contour – even after three months!
