This 51 year old woman had a bothersome unevenness or “lumpiness” in her lower eyelid region after a previous surgery. After consultation with Dr. Ransom, she underwent a revision lower eyelid lift (transconjunctival blepharoplasty). The contour of the lower eyelid and cheek area is is significantly improved after her procedures. This patient also underwent a facelift.
