Consultant/C.O.O.

I have been consulting in this amazing industry for nine years and have had the pleasure of launching, leading, and developing practices in San Francisco, Beverly Hills, and Orange County, CA. While every practice is unique, the common bond within them is that you get to assist people in making major decisions and reveling in their confidence when they have completed their journey.  That, in addition to the constant development of new technologies, has kept me hooked. Prior to my current role, I worked as an executive in multiple companies and also built and launched the largest spa and wellness center in San Francisco.

WHY I LOVE WORKING AT RANSOM, MD: There are so many reasons truly. You can teach service, but you can’t teach authenticity and this team has it in spades. I have worked with many, many surgeons and I need to not only feel proud of the work they do but also how ethical they are in business; Dr. Ransom is at the top of the heap. You can tell a lot about the practice by the patients who come in – and I still sit back and smile hearing the squeals of excitement when people come in, the constant “catch up” that happens, and the genuineness of their journeys.

Pursuing a career as a Physician Assistant was guided by my desire to play a meaningful role in patient care and support people through moments that feel personal, meaningful, or life-changing, both in times of excitement and in moments when reassurance and clarity may be needed.

What drew me to facial plastic surgery is that it goes far beyond the physical. This specialty blends precision and artistry with confidence and trust, helping patients step into a new chapter feeling like the best version of themselves—one that’s seen on the outside but truly felt on the inside. Being part of that journey is something I find deeply meaningful and rewarding.

My goal as an advanced practice provider is to help ensure every patient feels cared for and has the best experience possible from start to finish.

thoughtful, patient-centered care. There’s a shared sense of pride in the work we do, along with a culture of support where people truly show up for both our patients and one another.

What makes being part of this practice especially meaningful to me is the opportunity to be involved in a patient’s journey from the beginning to the end. That continuity of care allows us to build real relationships, earn trust, and celebrate results alongside our patients. It creates a level of connection that feels personal and purposeful.

The culture at Ransom MD sets the tone for how medicine is practiced here. There is a strong emphasis on respect for each patient, paired with an incredible attention to detail and artistry in every case. This level of care is what motivates everyone on the team to consistently bring their best, and it’s what makes Ransom MD a one-of-a-kind place to work.
