This 62 year old woman was unhappy with the texture, fine lines, and wrinkles of her upper lip and mouth (perioral area), as well as the thinness of her upper lip. She wanted a subtle but permanent increase in fullness and an improvement in the skin tone and contour. After consultation with Dr. Ransom, she underwent an upper lip augmentation with a soft tissue graft and a chemical peel (TCA peel).
